I. General Terms and Conditions
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions. By subscribing to TV Guide Puzzler, you accept the Terms and Conditions as laid out below.
Changes to Terms and Conditions. NTVB Media may update these Terms at any time by posting the most current version of the Terms on the Site with a new Effective Date shown. All such changes in the Terms will be effective from the Effective Date. Your continued subscription to TV Guide Puzzler signifies your agreement to any changes.
Term. These Terms and Conditions will remain in full force while you subscribe to TV Guide Puzzler. NTVB Media may suspend or terminate your subscription in whole or in part at any time, with or without notice.
Electronic Form/Communications. By subscribing to TV Guide Puzzler, you consent to having these Terms provided to you in electronic form and receiving communications from us electronically, by postal mail, by phone, or by posting notices online. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirements that such communications be in writing.
Responsibility. If the Post Office notifies us
that your subscription is undeliverable, we have no further obligation
unless we receive a corrected address within one year.
II. Billing and Payment
Accepted Payment Methods and Processing Time. TV Guide Puzzler accepts checks, money orders, and credit/debit card payments via mail and credit/debit card payments online or over the phone. Please don’t send cash!

Please allow 6-8 weeks weeks for mailed-in payments to be processed. If you are a current subscriber and know your subscription ID, please include it with your payment.
Sales Tax. Sales tax is charged where applicable. If you do not remit appropriate sales tax with your payment, we may assess the difference in issues.
Automatic Renewal. Automatic renewal allows you to continue your subscription without the hassle of responding to a renewal notice or possible service interruptions. Automatic renewal is opt-in only. When you place your order or renewal with a credit or debit card, if you confirm verbally to us or mark your order form or renewal notice accordingly, your subscription will be placed in the automatic renewal program. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the term you selected. Payment may be processed up to eight weeks prior to your expiration date, to ensure service is not interrupted. We reserve the right to change the price of your subscription. If there is a price increase or change, we will send you notice by email or postal mail prior to your payment being processed, and you will also be given the opportunity to cancel your automatic renewal or subscription. We may attempt to contact you by phone or email if we are unable to process your payment. You may cancel your automatic renewal at any time by contacting us by phone at 844-390-3162 or by email at email@example.com. If you order a trial offer of $5.97 for 3 months and opt into automatic renewal, your renewal will be processed at the then-prevailing rate for the agreed-upon term. If you cancel your automatic renewal, you’ll continue to receive issues until the end of your current subscription period.
Billing. All subscriptions must be pre-paid unless you have opted into a special promotion that specifically offers a bill-me option. At the end of your subscription term, your expiration date is the last issue that you will receive. You must remit payment, or participate in our auto-renew program, to continue to receive issues without interruption.
Cancellation Policy. You may cancel your subscription to TV Guide Puzzler at any time and receive a refund for the balance of remaining issues, less a $5.00 cancellation fee. If the balance is less than $2.00 net of the processing fee, no refund will be issued. The cancellation policy does not apply to trial offers, which are non-refundable.
Back Issues Refund Policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 14 days of receipt and we’ll refund the full cost of the item minus actual shipping costs to return the item. If any of the puzzles or other features have been attempted or completed, we cannot offer a refund.
